THOMAS C. HUNT - Co-Founder and CEO
From a career in cable television, as a partner and General Manager of
cable companies in Staten Island, NY, Buffalo, NY and Newark, NJ,
Tom founded INSTALLS inc in 1994 with his Harvard roommate, Lee Hess.
Tom is actively engaged in the day-to-day management of the company,
focusing on clients and external relationships.
He has been a lecturer for the Harvard Business Club MBA and not-for-profit programs in Buffalo.
Tom has an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Dartmouth College.

LEE
H. HESS - Co-Founder and Chairman
Prior to co-founding INSTALLS inc, Lee was a senior vice president of Wendy's International.
At Wendy's, Lee directed national franchising, real estate and corporate finance.
He was responsible for leading the team that created the infrastructure from which Wendy's grew
from 1,000 to 5,000 locations, in addition to overseeing the operations of 800 restaurants.
Lee is a Trustee of the Ohio Center of Science & Industry Advisory Board, and a member of the
University of Michigan School of Information Advisory Board. He has an MBA from Harvard,
an MA in Communications from Stanford and a BA from the University of Michigan.

JOHN NETTINA - Chief Operating Officer
John leads both the operations and financial teams at INSTALLS where he has been a senior officer
for five years. Prior to joining INSTALLS, John was a Director and Group Controller at Clientlogic.
He was part of the leadership team that helped the company grow from $60 million in revenue to $300 million,
and in the process become a global leader in technical call center and customer support.
John devotes most of his free time and energy to his wife and four sons,
spending a few late night hours on the ice playing hockey.
He has a BS in accounting from Canisius College and is a New York State CPA.

KYLE D. BERNARD - Vice President, Service Fulfillment and Quality
With more than 23 years of retail management experience,
Kyle brings considerable expertise in customer service to INSTALLS inc.
He has held executive management positions at store, district, regional and corporate levels,
most recently with Best Buy, where he managed the repair services and parts reclamation programs.
In addition, Kyle has been a key participant in developing and managing a range of repair and
installation service initiatives for satellite, home theater and appliance businesses.
Kyle is a Registered Coordinator for COPC, providing an additional enhancement to INSTALLS call center services.
Married for 24 years, Kyle plays another important management role to two sons, 17 and 14, and an 11-year-old daughter.

KIRK RYDZYNSKI - Vice President, Service Development and Process
With more than eleven years of experience in the technology sector,
Kirk has served in a variety of roles in sales, project and program management,
and senior management of residential technology businesses.
Most recently, he was Senior Manager of Consumer Services at Gateway Computer Company with
responsibility for service business development, repair services and partnership programs with
direct and retail customers.
At INSTALLS inc, Kirk oversees the development of strategy and operational fulfillment of
new service offerings and service categories.
He is the executive to whom all field services report, and leads the development of corporate
process improvement projects.
With his wife, Kirk serves on the board of the Smiles from Nicholas Foundation which raises funds
for pediatric cancer and cerebral palsy support. They have one son.
He has a BS in Computer Sciences from SUNY Brockport.

BARRY KLEIN - Chief Marketing Officer
Best-known for originating the Ronald McDonald character as an ad agency creative director, Barry also led the development of the award-winning "You Deserve a Break Today" campaign as National Advertising Director at McDonald's. He was an Executive Vice President at Wells, Rich, Green/West, where he oversaw advertising campaigns for Jack in the Box, Midas, Hills Bros. Coffee and Chex Cereals, among other brands. As a marketing consultant, he has worked with clients such as Cadillac, Coca Cola, Tasters Choice, and General Mills, as well as various national retailers, including Pizza Hut and McDonald's.
Lee Hess and Barry Klein became partners who managed the business of a large group of McDonald's Restaurants in New York City. Barry has been providing marketing counsel to INSTALLS since the company was founded, and is now serving as the executive leading co-marketing initiatives with INSTALLS clients. Klein has a BA in marketing from the University of Maryland, and has been a guest lecturer on advertising and TV commercial production at several universities.

GERALD L. KOHN - Secretary and General Counsel
A practicing attorney for more than 40 years, Jerry serves as Counsel for INSTALLS inc and as a partner in the firm of Rolls Kohn LLP. He has handled the company's legal matters since its creation. His general business expertise covers corporate and commercial transaction law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, proprietary licensing, financing, employment contracts, insurance liability, and corporate provenance matters.
Jerry is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators of Commercial Disputes. His J.D. is from the State University of New York.
