Thomas C. Hunt - Chairman, Co-Founder, and CEO
Prior to co-founding INSTALLS inc, Tom was General Manager and Partner of local cable companies, including Staten Island NY; Buffalo, NY; and Newark, NJ; as well as a partner in wireless cable enterprises. Tom is on the board of the Atlantic Corridor USA, and is a lecturer for the Buffalo Harvard Business Club Continuing Education Initiative. Tom has an MBA from Harvard, and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Norm Snell - Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Responsibilities: Information Services, network systems, facilities, logistics, call center and operational process. He is responsible for assembling and leading the team that created and developed the industry leading DOLI system. Prior career: President of multi-city DBS and High End Home Theater Installation Company with operations in San Francisco, Denver, Philadelphia and Boston. Norm is a 4 year veteran of the United Sates Coast Guard and was awarded the Coast Guard Achievement Medal

Rick Kinsch - Vice President, Field Operations
Responsibilities: field management, installer relations and training development. Prior career: Senior manager at national installation provider with numerous technical & training certifications in DBS and Broadband fields. Rick has a degree from Penn State.
